BETHESDA, MD — AAIA has just published the Enhanced Line Review (ELR) for Application Parts, a 298-page manual to help companies make better assortment decisions, increase inventory efficiency and develop long-term strategies to grow their parts businesses.

This step-by-step guidebook developed by AAIA’s Category Management Committee and The Partnering Group includes new ELR techniques and templates designed specifically for the parts business, as well as a complete brake-parts case study with illustrative point-of-sale data and templates for company data.

The ELR for Application Parts can be purchased from AAIA for $795 each for one to three copies or $495 each for four to 10 copies.
