Elite Worldwide Announces First Shop Owner Workshop

Open to the industry, this event offers shop owners tools to find, market to, and retain their ideal customers, Elite says.

Elite Worldwide announced the launch of its first open-to-the-industry event, the Elite Invitational. This event is focused on creating the ultimate customer experience from start to finish, giving shop owners the necessary tools to identify, market to, and retain their ideal customers, and turn them into raving fans, Elite says. This event will be held in San Diego, California, June 2-3, 2022.

“This event is going to be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. The Elite Invitational is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to truly get inside the minds of your customers, and learn about The Customer Experience from the top people in the industry, as well as some of the nation’s best contributors in marketing and customer service,” said Bob Cooper, president of Elite.

The Elite Invitational 2-day event will feature industry speakers such as Joe Marconi, Kevin Vaught, and Darrin Barney, as well as outside speakers. They include former Harvard faculty and current UCSD Marketing Professor, Uma Karmarkar, as well as customer service experts from the Ritz Carlton.

Cooper will also be facilitating a customer panel where attendees will be able to ask questions, and understand what really does (and doesn’t) appeal to their ideal customers. Included with registration is also a dinner cruise on the San Diego Bay to network with fellow top shop owners.

This event is open to all shop owners, as well as friends and family. More information can be found here: https://eliteworldwide.com/elite-invitational-2022/
