ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp., a designer and manufacturer of electric vehicles, has appointed the company’s chief financial officer (CFO), Bal Bhullar, to its board of directors concurrent with the resignation of Shaun Greffard.
Bhullar is an accomplished financial executive with more than 25 years of diversified business, financial and risk management experience, with both public and private companies, across various sectors including technology, manufacturing and transport. Bhullar brings expertise in financial & strategic planning, operational & risk management, regulatory compliance reporting, business expansion, start-up operations, financial modeling, program development, corporate financing, and corporate governance/internal controls. Bhullar carries the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) and Certified Risk Management (CRM).
