Eastern Manufacturing Opens New Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility

Eastern Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of catalytic converters and related components, has established a new 115,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Langhorne, Pa. Combined with its nearby R&D facilities, Eastern’s site now encompasses more than 150,000-square-feet of space for administrative, manufacturing, warehousing and R&D.

LANGHORNE, PA — Eastern Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of catalytic converters and related components, has established a new 115,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Langhorne, Pa.

The new facility incorporates the latest advanced-manufacturing technology, including automated workstations, spinner welding equipment, and high-speed production lines, which are six times faster than Eastern’s previous lines. The facility also has its own tool and die department for developing new equipment and repairing or maintaining current production assets. Combined with its nearby R&D facilities, Eastern’s site now encompasses more than 150,000-square-feet of space for administrative, manufacturing, warehousing and R&D.

According to George Schafer, president of Eastern Manufacturing, with this new expansion, the company expects to increase its workforce by over 40 per and triple overall production output.
