Donaldson Co. Inc. has announced that Douglas Milroy has been appointed to its board of directors, effective March 18.
Milroy is chairman and CEO of G&K Services Inc., a service-focused market leader of branded uniform and facility services programs. Prior to becoming CEO of G&K Services in 2009, he served as the company’s president of direct purchase and business development.
Before joining G&K Services in 2006, Milroy held senior management positions with Ecolab Inc., FMC Corp. and McKinsey & Co. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
