Gina Calvaruso has joined the DMA team as director, human resources. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of DMA’s HR department.

Calvaruso brings to DMA a successful background with proven experience in building and managing the HR functions within a growing entrepreneurial company. Combined with her strong administrative, technology and people leadership skills, Calvaruso will be instrumental in providing the vision and direction for the HR department and its disciplines as DMA continues to grow as an organization. Previously, Calvaruso worked for Elite Quartz group, where she headed up all aspects of human resources for its three division companies located across the U.S.  Most recently, she had been assisting with the organizational startup of its new manufacturing facility located near Florence, South Carolina.
