Dean Kuhn Added to Roster of Elite Worldwide Business Development Coaches

A shop owner with more than 25 years of industry experience, Kuhn will utilize his years of experience as an AAA-approved shop owner in Oceanside, Calif., in his new role with Elite.

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. – Elite Worldwide has announced that Dean Kuhn has joined the company as its newest business development coach.

A shop owner with more than 25 years of industry experience, Kuhn will utilize his years of experience as an AAA-approved shop owner in Oceanside, Calif., in his new role with Elite. As a business development coach, he will provide one-on-one guidance to shop owners throughout the U.S. to help them build more successful businesses.

Kuhn started off as a technician before going on to build one of America’s most successful transmission shops, which he has now expanded into satellite facilities. His success can in large part be attributed to his ability to recruit superstar employees, and to the effectiveness of one of the top outside sales programs in the industry. Kuhn has been a guest speaker at national conventions, participated in a number of industry panels and is frequently involved in humanitarian projects.

“Dean has become a household name in the transmission industry because he understands the importance of clearly defined goals, and has an unwavering commitment to ethics. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dean for a number of years now, so I can say with absolute confidence that his pattern of success will continue in his new role helping shop owners through the Elite Coaching Program," said Bob Cooper, president of Elite Worldwide.
