Crowne Group Names Joe Stephan As Executive Vice President And Chief Commercial Officer For Its Aftermarket Group

Stephan has more than 30 years of experience in the aftermarket, in sales, marketing and product management capacities. Prior to joining Crowne, he was the chief operating officer at Power Stop LLC.

Joe StephanCrowne Group has announced the appointment of Joe Stephan to the position of executive vice president and chief commercial officer for the Crowne Automotive Aftermarket Group (AAG). Crowne Group, based in Cleveland, is the parent company of Trico Products Corp., Carter Fuel Systems and AVM Industries.

In this role, Stephan will have responsibility for sales growth and new business development for Crowne product lines across all customer channels in the parts replacement marketplace. He will report to Jay Burkhart, president, North American Aftermarket.

Stephan has more than 30 years of experience in the aftermarket, in sales, marketing and product management capacities. Prior to joining Crowne, he was the chief operating officer at Power Stop LLC. Stephan also worked at Tenneco Automotive, where he served in various sales and marketing roles, and Federal-Mogul, with his most recent position being vice president of business development.

Stephan earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from SUNY at New Paltz.
