The Young Leaders program also will feature a mentor panel session, organized with GenNext.

Corporate training professional Ray White will present a talk about inspiring others to an audience of young leaders at the 2018 VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Conference in October.

White’s presentation will focus on being present and how inspiration enables individuals and teams to perform at the highest levels for a prolonged period of time. White is the founder of Ray White Training and Consulting. His professional experience includes more than 25 years of corporate training at companies like AT&T, Merrill Lynch and The Mayo Clinic, among many others.

Ray’s management expertise and ability to inspire and motivate others while delivering key leadership ideas and tactics can help our young leaders grow professionally and personally,” said Jeff Paul, vice president of marketing, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “We look forward to this inspiring session.”

In addition to White’s presentation at the Young Leaders Forum and Lunch, there also will be a mentor panel session and reception for young leaders, organized with GenNext. The reception will allow young professionals the opportunity to network with industry veterans to gain insight and advice on how to be successful in the heavy-duty aftermarket industry.

The Young Leaders Forum and Lunch will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at the JW Marriott Marco Island and is available to all young professionals attending the VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference.

The VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference is an opportunity for more than 800 stockholders, supplier partners and industry associates to come together to participate in open dialogue and share best practices and insights on opportunities and challenges in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket.
