Coni-Seal Promotes Two Veteran Executives

Frank Pagano, CEO of Lakewood, NJ-based Coni-Seal, Inc., recently announced the promotion of two longtime employees. Sylvia Ferrie has been named vice president of aftermarket sales and new business development; and Ronald Pierce has been promoted to vice president of aftermarket sales and special markets.

LAKEWOOD, NJ — Frank Pagano, CEO of Lakewood, NJ-based Coni-Seal, Inc., recently announced the promotion of two longtime employees.

Sylvia Ferrie has been named vice president of aftermarket sales and new business development; and Ronald Pierce has been promoted to vice president of aftermarket sales and special markets.

Ferrie has been involved in sales and management at Coni-Seal for 14 years. With 28 years of experience in the aftermarket, Pierce has been in sales for Coni-Seal for more than 10 years.

Both Pierce and Ferrie will work closely to manage the sales team, programmed group distribution, special market activity and the continuation of new business development.
