Chris Youngs Joins Neapco As National Sales Manager

Youngs has more than three decades of aftermarket experience, including positions in operations and logistics and most recently serving as senior manager – aftermarket sales for Dana Inc.

Neapco, a Farmington Hills, Michigan-based manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket driveline products and systems, recently announced that it has named Chris Youngs as national sales manager for their aftermarket group.

Youngs has more than three decades of aftermarket experience, including positions in operations and logistics and most recently serving as senior manager – aftermarket sales for Dana Inc.

“We’re thrilled to have Chris join Neapco,” said Tim Goode, vice president, sales and marketing for Neapco’s aftermarket business. “His background includes work with light-duty, off-road enthusiast and performance markets, and a special expertise in the heavy-duty commercial-vehicle market. This well-respected industry experience, along with his direct work in operations and logistics, make him a perfect fit for Neapco and our customers.”

As national sales manager, Youngs will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Neapco’s aftermarket sales group in North America. He will focus on development and execution of sales strategies to bring added value to Neapco customers in their respective markets, the company noted.

“Chris has a unique set of skills. He is a leader at the strategic level and can translate his strategies to the tactical level,” Goode said. “This will further enhance Neapco’s ability to serve our customers more directly, effectively, and efficiently, delivering more of what our customers want, when and where our customers want it.”

Neapco – founded as the New England Auto Products Corp. – has been serving the OEM and aftermarket driveline markets since 1921. In 2021, the company will be celebrating its 100th anniversary.

Named as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States by Inc.
