Centric Parts Receives Outstanding Shipping Performance Award From Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance

Centric earned this exclusive award for the second consecutive year for delivering 95 percent or greater fill rate.

Centric Parts, a division of APC Automotive Technologies, has received the “Outstanding Shipping Performance Award” from the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance. This is the second consecutive year that Centric Parts has received the honor, which was given in recognition of the 95 percent or greater fill rate that Centric Parts was able to deliver throughout the calendar year for all product lines, including drums and rotors, friction and hydraulics.

The award was presented during the annual Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Winter Supplier/Membership Meetings held Dec. 3-6 in Miami, Florida.

Charlie Kirkland, vice president of sales at Centric Parts, accepted the award and noted, “On behalf of the entire Centric team, it is truly an honor to accept this award, and for the second year in a row. Complete and on-time delivery is obviously crucial to Alliance’s business, which is why they make it a point to recognize supplier-partners that excel in fill rate performance. We continue to drive Centric Parts further into [the] Alliance’s distribution model with the right products that help make them successful year-over-year.”

Greg Woo, president of Centric Parts, added, “It is truly an honor to be recognized for vendor excellence by one of the world’s largest auto parts distribution groups and a testament of our commitment and dedication to the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance partnership. I am very proud of the way our team held its own against some of the most recognized brands in the automotive aftermarket.”
