Brake Parts Inc Remains Committed To McHenry Community

BPI headquarters is centrally located in the U.S. and, along with its two distribution centers on the East and West Coasts, gives the company a strategic footprint to best serve its North American customers.

Brake Parts Inc (BPI) has announced it will continue its lease for its global headquarters, distribution and warehouse facilities in McHenry, Illinois, further deepening its commitment to the McHenry area, according to David Overbeeke, president and CEO of BPI.

W.P. Carey, a leading net lease investor, recently acquired the 11-year lease for BPI’s largest U.S. distribution facility through the property’s sale from Brennan Investment Group LLC. The buildings’ refinancing by W. P. Carey will ensure that BPI’s headquarters remains a state-of-the-art, world-class distribution facility.

“BPI has a lot of history tied to McHenry and its global headquarters. Our continued lease ensures we will remain a key member of the community for years to come,” said Overbeeke. “The lease is also vital to our North American operational structure as it allows us to continue to be the premier manufacturer and supplier of brake system components without any interruption to the business.”
