Bosch Expands Its Car Service Program in North America

BCS centers must pass a rigorous evaluation process to be accepted to the program.

BROADVIEW, Ill. — Bosch has expanded its Bosch Car Service (BCS) program in North America.

The program, which currently includes 14,000 BCS Service Centers, will undergo a major expansion in both membership and program benefits in North America, according to Bosch.

BCS centers must pass a rigorous evaluation process to be accepted to the program. Once enrolled in the program, members receive parts and technical support, and also have access to an expanding suite of training classes.

The BCS program provides marketing tools as well. New Bosch Car Service imaging programs bring brand awareness, setting BCS centers apart from the competition, according to the company. Also new to the BCS program are cross-promotions with other Bosch divisions, giving BCS centers marketing access to an unparalleled array of customers and programs.

Since a network’s strength relies on the performance of its members, Bosch has introduced programs to survey and analyze BCS centers to perfect their customer handling skills and operational effectiveness. The objective is for all BCS shops to reach and maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction in the industry, increasing the value of the Bosch Car Service network.

All of these programs are designed to maximize efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction at every Bosch Car Service Center.
