B’laster Corp. Announces Leadership Changes

“This year has been pivotal for B’laster, from our international expansion into Canada and Mexico to the launch of our new grease line,” said Tom Porter, B’laster chairman. “As we reflect on our accomplishments and focus on the next phase of growth, we took the opportunity to align our leadership resources for the future."

The B’laster Corp., makers of the penetrant B’laster, have announced that Kurt Gabram has been named CEO after serving as president and chief operating officer since 2013. Randy Pindor has been named as the new president and chief operating officer. Pindor has served on the B’laster leadership team as executive vice president, sales and marketing, since 2014.

“This year has been pivotal for B’laster, from our international expansion into Canada and Mexico to the launch of our new grease line,” said Tom Porter, B’laster chairman. “As we reflect on our accomplishments and focus on the next phase of growth, we took the opportunity to align our leadership resources for the future. I have total confidence in this leadership team to guide the company forward.”

In his role as president, Pindor is focused on the day-to-day management and oversight of the company, including the key functions of finance, operations, sales and marketing. He also is in charge of implementing the company’s strategic initiatives. Pindor has 25 years of marketing and business leadership experience.

He earned both his bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace University.
