BG Automotive Unveils 12 New Products

New products are being introduced across its timing chain, auxiliary drive, lubrication, thermostat and camtrain ranges.

Automotive aftermarket supplier BG Automotive (BGA) is introducing 12 new product references this month across its timing chain, auxiliary drive, lubrication, thermostat and camtrain ranges.

A new reference has been added to BGA’s timing chain range TC9550FK covering popular applications such as Mercedes C-Class 2014 – 2018, Nissan Qashqai 2013 onwards, Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro 2016 onwards and Renault Traffic 2015 onwards.

BGA Timing Chains are often manufactured by the OEM. Below are the additional processes carried out before BGA chains are released onto the production line:

• Dimensional checking against original drawings, cross checked to OE;
• In-house hardness testing of the link-pin and plate vs. OE benchmark;
• Tensile testing of every BGA reference against the OE sample;
• Exclusively from BGA, the latest technological advancements in timing chains. All chains are pre-lubricated with a specially formulated chain lubricant reducing risks of premature wear.

BGA’s extended lubrication range has strengthened its offering in 2023, with significant new to range introductions featuring high-quality, yet affordable lubrication references servicing the latest vehicle applications. LP0907 covers BMW 1 series 2011 – 2019, BMW 3 series 2013 – 2015 and Mini Cooper SD 2011 – 2013. ‘LP1445’ has been released for applications Citroen Relay 2015 – 2019, Ford C-Max 2015 – 2019 and Peugeot Boxer 2015 – 2019.
