BCA Bearings Announces New Website

The company says the new website features a clean, new, responsive design, improved functionality and simplified navigation for a more user-friendly experience.

NTN, the parent company of BCA Bearings, has announced the launch of its new website, BCABearings.com. The company says the new website features a clean, new, responsive design, improved functionality and simplified navigation for a more user-friendly experience.

The navigation menu at the top of the homepage has been updated with clearer, brand-focused headers. The sub-navigation menus also have been reorganized in an effort to make it easier for users to find the information they are seeking.

One of the key features updated on the BCA website is the part search functionality. Prominently displayed on every page, the part search feature enables users to conduct a search multiple ways, making finding the BCA product you need as easy as possible. Search results display in product groups and can be filtered to show only parts for which a user is searching. Once a users finds the BCA part they are looking for, they will have access to comprehensive specification data, as well as any resources about the part that can be found elsewhere on the website.

“We are excited to deliver product information and a more user-friendly experience to our visitors,” said Georgianne Dickey, senior manager of product and marketing communications. “Additionally, the new website allowed us the opportunity to update our BCA logo and sales collateral in order to better portray the message of the BCA brand. After performing brand recognition studies, we discovered that there was a disassociation between NTN and the BCA brand.”

Dickey added, “Our new logo proudly calls out ‘BCA Bearings by NTN’ to tie BCA to its parent organization and our OE brand.”

In addition, the website has improved responsive functionality. Whether on a computer, tablet or smartphone, the new BCA website will adapt to the user’s device screen size. Due to the responsive nature of the new BCA website, the company announced it will be discontinuing its mobile app, but all the information that was accessible on the app remains available on the mobile-optimized website.
