BBB Industries, LLC announced it acquired Inter-Turbo sp. z o.o., through its wholly owned subsidiary Budweg Caliper A/S. Terms of the deal were not announced. This acquisition further expands BBB’s presence in Europe following its 2022 acquisition of Budweg and several others throughout Europe since 2019, the company says.

Inter-Turbo is based in Katowice, Poland, and sustainably manufactures turbochargers, injectors and diesel particulate filters (DPFs), BBB says. Founded in 2009 by Blazej Michalik and Marek Jasiok, Inter-Turbo services more than 16,000 models of turbochargers as well as a wide range of injection systems.
