AWE Promotes Catherine Panetta To Senior Performance Coordinator

The move comes during a recent hiring surge as the company increases its fabrication headcount to accommodate its growth.

AWE recently promoted Catherine Panetta from performance coordinator to senior performance coordinator. The move comes during a recent hiring surge as the company increases its fabrication headcount to accommodate its growth, and also has brought other new members of the marketing and sales teams.

Under Panetta’s new role, she will be reporting to the sales director, and will have dotted line management of the Performance Support function at the company, including all order intake and customer support. Panetta joined the company two years ago in a front desk role, and has been promoted twice, first to performance coordinator in 2017, and now to senior performance coordinator.

“Catherine has shown an aptitude for navigating the complexities of a growing manufacturing organization, coordinating internal resources to output the best result for consumers and dealers alike. It’s this focus on seeing things through the customers’ eyes, coupled with solid follow through, that has earned Catherine this new role,” said Jesse Kramer, vice president of marketing at AWE.

“It’s been amazing to watch the growth of AWE in my short time here, and I’m excited and honored to be a part of it,” said Panetta.
