AutoVitals recently announced it will host the 4th annual The Digital Shop Conference on January 28-30, 2021, in Manhattan Beach, California. This automotive shop industry event will include shop owner-led panel discussions, industry best practice presentations and training sessions with an emphasis on collaborative learning opportunities. The content is all geared towards driving significant shop growth and preparing shop owners and employees for future changes in the industry.
“What is truly exceptional about The Digital Shop Conference is the shop-centric experience focused almost entirely on mastering the best practices for a shop to not only survive, but thrive well into the future,” said Uwe Kleinschmidt, AutoVitals’ founder and CIO. “We put such a heavy emphasis on collaboration because the power of teamwork and partnership in this market is truly significant, and is even more amplified in uncertain times such as these.”
Building off the over 250 attendees and industry representatives at The Digital Shop Conference 2020, next year’s event will take place at the westdrift Manhattan Beach. The 2021 conference will feature an additional day of hands-on industry best practice training and offer more content tailored specifically to the technician and service advisor roles.
“The feedback from the 2020 Conference was incredible. We’re excited to build on that success by including many of the ideas our 2020 attendees provided,” said Jon Belmonte, AutoVitals CEO. “The Digital Shop Conference is a great opportunity for automotive shops to learn from each other, as well as from industry experts across a wide range of areas and topics. The goal is for a shop to return from the conference much better armed to meet its full potential in terms of growth and profitability, as well as customer and employee satisfaction.”
