APH Selects Autologue’s eSalesBI/CRM Tool

APH has deployed Autologue’s eSalesBI/CRM program to 130 of its company stores.

Automotive Parts Headquarters (APH), St. Cloud, Minnesota, has deployed Autologue’s eSalesBI/CRM program to 130 of its company stores, this includes the entire field sales team and management, store managers, regional managers, and administrators. They are all now taking advantage of this outstanding CRM tool, after a thorough vetting process.

APH replaced its previous contact management software with eSalesBI/ CRM. The driving factor to change was the need to deliver actionable sales data to the team through a single application, that was easy to use, said APH.

APH spent several months evaluating and comparing the features and functionality of eSalesBI/CRM. Autologue was able to convert and import all of the call notes from their previous system into eSalesBI/CRM, so the team did not lose any historical information.

Tim Cordell, commercial sales development manager, and Greg Jendro, IT manager, spearheaded the transition, and suggested several enhancements that make eSalesBI/CRM even more effective. APH also implemented the AutoCube, a business intelligence tool, it works in conjunction with eSalesBI/CRM, and allows more in-depth data mining and reporting.

Cordell and Jendro both agreed that the simplicity of the app, while delivering the information that the sales team needs is what separates eSalesBI/CRM from its competition. APH says it has been pleasantly surprised by how quickly the entire team has taken to eSalesBI/CRM, scheduling appointments, utilizing “Alerts,” and appreciating the sales data and comparisons they now have at their fingertips.

While eSalesBI/CRM will work with virtually any management system, the fact that, APH is also utilizing Autologue’s PartsWatch Management System made the implementation virtually seamless, according to Autologue.
