Automotive Parts Associates (APA) has welcomed German OEM parts specialists Name South LLC as the newest shareholders in the organization.
Based in Mooresville, North Carolina, Name South has been supporting the German OEM and European auto parts market in North America for vehicles manufactured by Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Saab, Volkswagen and Volvo since 2004.
“We are thrilled to welcome Name South to the APA family. The diversity between our shareholders adds to the distinctive differences that create the foundations of support that gives us strength and unifies our organization,” said Douglas Squires, chairman of the APA board of directors.
As shareholders of the nonprofit member-owned program group, Name South will have full voting rights and ability to participate in APA initiatives such as customer loyalty promotions and trips.
