ACC-LogoThe Automotive Communications Council (ACC) will produce a free webinar on creating and executing online events, which will be held Dec. 17. In partnership with Babcox Media, the session, “How to Create a Strategic Webinar,” will present actionable ideas and a framework for hosting online events.

“We are thrilled to produce a ‘webinar on webinars,’ where attendees will learn how to strategically approach the webinar planning process,” said Kristin Libby, chair of the ACC’s Strategy Track. “Don’t miss this opportunity to kick your marketing into high gear with a strategic webinar, while also earning CEU credits toward your AAP/MAAP from the University of the Aftermarket!”

Agenda items for the webinar include critical strategic pre-planning process and marketing and execution stages, as well as post-event considerations. Attendees of the 1-hour webinar will earn 0.1 CEU credits towards the AAP/MAAP professional designation from the University of the Aftermarket. The webinar is open to anyone with involvement in the automotive industry. ACC membership is not required.

The webinar will be led by Michael Madej, director of digital media at Babcox Media, a leading publisher serving the automotive aftermarket. Madej will share lessons learned over his 15 year digital media career, which includes the production of nearly 500 individual webinars in multiple markets for clients such as Google, Siemens, Microsoft, Zurich and SAP.
