Autolite Announces Title Sponsorship Of Cadiz Rodeo

The Autolite Cadiz Rodeo runs July 16 and 17 at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.

Autolite has announced its sponsorship of an upcoming Loehr Productions LLC rodeo event in Cadiz, Kentucky. The Autolite Cadiz Rodeo runs July 16 and 17 at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.

Starting at 7 PM, the Autolite Cadiz Rodeo will provide two nights of entertainment for all-ages. Features include competitions ranging from bareback and saddle bronc to bull riding, roping and barrel racing.

“We may power vehicle ignition systems, but bull riding and roping are surefire ways to ignite your passion,” said Carl Weber, senior marketing director, First Brands Group. “Gearheads and rodeo fans are natural thrill seekers, and we are proud to support the family fun and tradition of the Cadiz Rodeo.”

Over 85 years, Autolite has continued to use its spark-plug-specific focus to engineer effective ignition solutions for consumer vehicles, racecars, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, boats, lawn mowers, chainsaws and many other gas-powered machines.

Do you speak spark plug? Most part numbers are a meaningless series of numbers and letters. But spark plugs have a language on the side of the box that can tell you what’s inside. Like any other language, there are dialects.

The nomenclature of spark plug part numbers can tell you everything from size (diameter and reach) to what materials are on the center and ground electrode. Like learning a new language, knowing how to translate spark plug numbers can open up a new way to inventory and sell spark plugs for counter professionals.
