Auto Value Announces New Canadian Technician Of The Year Program

Upon being selected as the 2018 Canadian Technician of the Year, the grand-prize winner will qualify for two days of driving at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Phoenix, a trip to AAPEX and the SEMA Show and a cash prize.

Auto Value recently launched the 2018 Canadian Technician of the Year to award its top technician for their commitment to maintain superior automotive skills and industry knowledge. This new training program is for Certified Service Center technician professionals in Canada.

“We are beyond excited to have an exclusive Auto Value Technician of the Year from Canada,” Bob Jaworski, president of Auto Electric Service Ltd. “We know we have the best technicians, and now we are able to reward a master level technician for being the absolute best in our industry.”

The Canadian grand-prize winner will qualify to receive two full throttle trips and a $3,000 CAD cash prize.

Upon being selected as the 2018 Canadian Technician of the Year, the grand-prize winner will qualify for two days of driving at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Phoenix.

The grand-prize winner also will receive an exciting four-day, three-night trip to Las Vegas, including travel, meals, receptions and VIP access to AAPEX and the SEMA Show. While there, this winner will be invited as a VIP and honored on stage at the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance 2018 Aftermarket Jackpot Convention.

To qualify, Canadian technicians must provide their proof of Journeyman, attend and show proof of completion of 20 hours of live training and 12 vendor partner classes, as well as provide a bio on why they should be the 2018 Canadian Technician of the Year.

This program’s entry period is active now and runs until April 30, 2018.
