Auto Pride Member Manasek Implements The Network’s Stratus Solution

Integrated with the group’s NetIntell data warehouse and WebShop connectivity to service dealers, Stratus helps Network members more effectively manage their business.

Manasek Auto Parts Inc., a recent Auto Pride signee based in Dickson City, Pennsylvania, has implemented Stratus, a hosted enterprise solution developed by Epicor for members of the Automotive Distribution Network.

Integrated with the group’s NetIntell data warehouse and WebShop connectivity to service dealers, Stratus helps Network members more effectively manage their business. The system includes: point-of-sale, parts inventory and distribution management, accounts payable, general ledger and more.

Manasek is already benefiting from some of the Stratus system’s more robust features and customizable options, says Steve Zangardi, business development manager for Manasek Auto Parts.

“With the ability to tailor Stratus with so many powerful options to meet specific needs of our business, as well as those of the user, this system enables us to greatly enhance our customer service while helping us better manage our inventory. While we evaluated several other systems, including those touted to be the next big thing in the industry, it was important to us that Stratus is powered by such a renowned company like Epicor, which has continually evolved to withstand the test of time. We believe Stratus is going to be huge benefit to our business.”

The Network’s IT team helped develop Stratus with Epicor to offer its members a system to fill more orders, more quickly, along with several other day-to-day operational benefits. Hundreds of Network member employees currently use Epicor software daily, according to Cora Roark, director of Auto Pride.

“The Network’s members have experienced firsthand how Epicor’s technological solutions can help their respective companies grow beyond traditional business constraints,” said Roark. “I’m confident Stratus will enable Auto Pride’s members like Manasek Auto Parts to further cultivate loyalty, while increasing customer satisfaction and profits.”
