Auto Parts Search Engine Offers Relief to Auto Dealers Forced to Close

Dealerships can list for sale everything from remaining inventory to office furniture on new site.

BRENTWOOD, Calif. — A California software company called Bintelsoft Inc. has developed a new website to assist automotive dealerships that have been forced to close.

Called checkanumber.com, the site features a special link to closing dealers to help expedite the sales of their parts, accessories, shelving, tools, shop equipment, computers, phones and furniture. The closed or closing dealership may even advertise their buildings and property on the site. All items may also be uploaded to eBay, Craigslist and Worldslist using CheckaNumber’s automated quick links.

"So many dealerships were stunned by the recent closing news, left wondering what to do with the remaining inventory and property. Our new site offers a great opportunity to these numerous, recently closed dealerships," said Ole Stein, CEO of Bintelsoft Inc.

CheckaNumber features parts inventories from dealers, parts stores, warehouse distributors and others. It also includes an "eBay" style marketplace, where any dealer items may be posted with details and pictures.
