As we reach the one-year anniversary of one of the largest shifts our industry has had to surmount, we are able to reflect on what has occurred and how we as an industry can move forward. There are no limits to the changes: changes in driver behavior, work behavior, e-commerce and customer needs, to name a few. But our ability to adapt and evolve has and will continue to be a driving force in our industry’s success. Join Bill Hanvey for a virtual, 45-minute executive briefing on key shifts the aftermarket needs to adapt to alongside Auto Care Association updates designed to prepare you for the future.
