Auto Care Association Announces New Board of Directors

New members to the board are Tina Hubbard, John Treece and David Wilbanks.

The Auto Care Association has announced the elected members of its board of directors for the 2022-2023 term. This board is effective as of July 1. 

The members of this Auto Care Association Board of Directors are: 

• Chairman of the Board: Corey Bartlett, president and CEO, Automotive Parts Headquarters 

• Vice Chairman of the Board: Mike Boyer, president, TASCO Sales Reps 

• Treasurer: Greg Noethlich, CEO, Old World Industries 

• Secretary: Rick Schwartz, CEO and managing partner, Schwartz Associates 

• Immediate Past Chair: Brad Kraft, president and CEO, Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation  

• Board Member: Jeff Darby, senior vice president, sales and marketing, Dorman Products  

• Board Member: Cliff Hovis, president, Hovis Truck and Auto  

• Board Member: Duncan Gillis, president and CEO, BBB Industries  

• Board Member: Tina Hubbard, president and CEO, HDA Truck Pride 

• Board Member: John Treece, president and CEO, DMA Sales, LLC 

• Board Member: David Wilbanks, senior vice president, merchandising, O’Reilly Auto Parts 

The new members to the board are Tina Hubbard, John Treece and David Wilbanks.

Tina Hubbard 

Tina Hubbard has been with HDA Truck Pride since 2010. Prior to joining HDA Truck Pride, Hubbard was the senior manager of commercial vehicle sales at AxleTech International. She also spent 18 years with Federal-Mogul in a number of management positions within its Commercial Vehicle division, including National Fleet Sales, National Accounts, Business Development as well as Marketing and Product Management. A graduate of Adrian College, Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati. 

John Treece 

John Treece founded DMA Holdings Inc. in 2007. With a 30-year career that began in sales, Treece quickly ascended to senior sales management positions before transitioning into product development and marketing. In 2002, Treece acquired Atlantic Automotive Engineering, a remanufacturer/manufacturer of automotive steering systems. Treece pioneered the EPS (electronic power steering) remanufacturing effort in 2009 as one of the first to venture into this new steering technology. In 2015, Treece sold the company to dedicate his time to the development and growth of DMA. Treece has an extensive 30 years of international business experience traveling and working in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.  

David Wilbanks 

David Wilbanks has been an O’Reilly Team Member since 2012. Wilbanks’s primary areas of responsibility are merchandise, electronic catalog and pricing. Prior to O’Reilly, Wilbanks worked at AutoZone for 13 years in a variety of merchandise roles, most recently as director of merchandise. He has been in the auto parts industry since 1989, starting as a counterman at an independent jobber store in Memphis, Tennessee, and later as a technician at a Ford dealership. Wilbanks has an Information Systems degree from the University of Memphis and an MBA degree from the University of Virginia.
