Audax Invests In Solve Industrial Motion Group

Audax Private Equity has acquired a controlling interest in Solve Industrial Motion Group, a leading provider of high-quality power transmission components and industrial-grade bearings, from Incline Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
