Audax Private Equity Completes Sale Of AAMP Global To The Halifax Group

AAMP is a leading global supplier of vehicle and related consumer technology solutions within the integration, infotainment, high-performance audio, safety and connectivity product categories.

Audax Private Equity, in partnership with management, has completed the sale of AAMP Global to The Halifax Group.

Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, AAMP is a leading global supplier of vehicle and related consumer technology solutions within the integration, infotainment, high-performance audio, safety and connectivity product categories. The company maintains relationships with a broad set of customers across light vehicle, marine, powersports, agricultural and commercial fleet end-markets. Under Audax ownership, AAMP completed nine add-on acquisitions and significantly increased revenue.
