ASA Automotive Systems To Host 21st User Conference, ‘Converge 2019’

The “Converge 2019” User Conference will provide customers and partners an opportunity to network while receiving updates on ASA’s business and TireMaster family of products – what’s new and what’s coming.

ASA Automotive Systems, a provider of software for independent tire and auto service dealers, announced its 21st Software User Conference – “Converge 2019.” The conference will be held April 7-10 at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. Customers may register here for the 2019 User Conference.

Now celebrating 30 years in the industry, ASA has helped change the way profitable automotive businesses are run. ASA says the company has changed as well. Once called ASA Tire, the company is now online as asaauto.com, offering a broader range of software products serving the retail, commercial and wholesale tire and auto services sectors.

The “Converge 2019” User Conference will provide customers and partners an opportunity to network while receiving updates on ASA’s business and TireMaster family of products – what’s new and what’s coming.

ASA’s investments into building enterprise products, dedicated user sessions on the latest software TireMaster GTX for larger businesses, new digital marketing solutions, and a preview of TireMaster version 9.3 with user-requested enhancements will be some of the highlights of this year’s conference. It also will be an opportunity for the company to sit down with current users and discuss the features they would like to see in future updates.

“The rapid pace of technology innovations at ASA has been dramatic,” said Marc Belanski, president of ASA Automotive Systems. “We have worked hard to build the industry’s leading ‘All-in-One’ business solution for independent tire and auto service dealers. We will continue our leadership role thanks, in large part, to the interest and involvement of our dedicated users. We are thrilled to facilitate an opportunity for the TireMaster user community to gather once again and we are looking forward to another successful event.”

Some of the other key components of the ‘Converge 2019’ User Conference will include:

  • Enterprise and TireMaster next-generation products and product roadmap presentations
  • Introduction of new key partners that extend the power of ASA products
  • Sessions on data and reporting tools for business intelligence
  • New digital tools to increase local search rankings and website traffic for tire and auto services dealerships
  • Knowledge sharing and hands-on training sessions
  • Networking with other software users, ASA leadership team and partners to discuss opportunities and collaborate on best practices

“Since we started User Conference over a decade ago, the event has evolved to meet the challenging needs of tire and auto services industry, but its purpose has never wavered — to empower single and multi-site dealers with most actionable strategies to streamline operations, increase efficiency and revenue,” said Dave Vogel, executive vice president of ASA. “This year’s agenda hits on numerous topics and technology innovations that our customers will find valuable. The ASA leadership team has spent a lot of time talking with our customers about what matters to them most, and the User Conference agenda reflects this.”

Do you speak spark plug? Most part numbers are a meaningless series of numbers and letters. But spark plugs have a language on the side of the box that can tell you what’s inside. Like any other language, there are dialects.

The nomenclature of spark plug part numbers can tell you everything from size (diameter and reach) to what materials are on the center and ground electrode. Like learning a new language, knowing how to translate spark plug numbers can open up a new way to inventory and sell spark plugs for counter professionals.
