ASA Automotive Systems, Corpay Partner to Simplify Payment Processing

ASA Automotive Systems Partners with Corpay

The companies say the collaboration will simplify and improve back-office processes and streamline payment services to thousands of ASA customers.

Corpay, a FLEETCOR brand and business payments provider, and ASA Automotive Systems, software provider for tire and auto service dealers, announced a partnership that they say will bring streamlined payment services to the tire industry. This cooperation will bring Corpay’s streamlined payment services to thousands of ASA customers, enabling a seamless and simplified experience.

ASA Automotive Systems says it is a provider of on-premise and cloud-based shop management systems and services for more than 3,000 independent tire dealers, retreaders and automotive service and repair shops across North America. The company has been helping to grow automotive and tire maintenance businesses for nearly 30 years.

Corpay Payment Automation, formerly Nvoicepay, brings easy-to-deploy payment automation to business back offices. With its dynamic supplier data maintenance and payment software, Corpay Payment Automation securely stores and maintains supplier data while mitigating the risk of fraud by taking responsibility for all payments that issue through their system, the company says. By helping to remove mundane, manual tasks from AP’s workload, companies can improve their operational efficiencies.

“Corpay is a tremendous, new added benefit for our customers. If they sign up for Corpay’s service, they will no longer be bogged down with the numerous time-consuming steps involved in the accounts payable process,” said Ashley Hopkins, director of enterprise operations for ASA Automotive Systems. “They’ll now have the added ability to rapidly reduce costs, improve their efficiencies, and eliminate paper check writing all within our single, All-in-One POS system.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with ASA Automotive Systems as we continue to help companies better track, manage and pay their suppliers,” said Byron Biggins, SVP of Strategic Partnerships for Corpay.
