Arnold Motor Supply Ranks As An Iowa Top 5 Workplace

Employee feedback is the sole basis for determining which companies make the Iowa Top Workplaces winning list.

The results of the Iowa Top Workplace survey were announced on Sunday, Sept. 25 in a special edition of The Des Moines Register. For the past 12 years, The Register has partnered with Energage to identify outstanding employers in Iowa through the Top Workplaces program.

Organizations are grouped based on the number of employees and then ranked by the aggregate survey scores. Arnold Motor Supply ranked fifth in the large workplace category. This is the eighth time the company has been recognized on the list.

“This year we had a big jump, moving from ranking in the low 20s to now fifth,” says Eric Johnson, president and managing partner at Arnold Motor Supply. “The ultimate end game is that we want to be better next year than we were this year, just continuously improving to be that place where people want to work.”

Employee feedback is the sole basis for determining which companies make the Iowa Top Workplaces winning list. For 2022, 139 employers made the winning list as noted by Bob Helbig of Energage.
