Amerityre Names New CFO, New Sales and Marketing Manager

BOULDER CITY, NEV — The board of directors of Amerityre Corp. has appointed Anders Suarez to serve as the company’s CFO.

Suarez had been serving as the company’s financial systems administrator since October 2003. Prior to joining the company, Suarez worked as a senior consultant/project manager for ePartners, Inc. in Phoenix, Ariz., a leading provider of Microsoft-based business solutions for middle market companies. Prior to joining ePartners, Suarez was corporate controller for Park Plaza International, LLC, Scottsdale, Ariz.

In addition to Suarez’ appointment, Amerityre also named Craig Hooks as the company’s sales and marketing manager. Hooks has 15 years of sales and marketing experience and comes to Amerityre from Enidine, Inc., an equipment automation technology company based in Irvine, Calif. Hooks served as Enidine’s Western regional sales manager for the past two years. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Hooks served as the Western regional sales manager for Intelligent Motion Systems in Mission Viejo, Calif., a company also involved in equipment automation.
