Aftermarket Technology Corp. Appoints New CFO

Aftermarket Technology Corp.'s board of directors has appointed Todd Peters as CFO, succeeding Barry Kohn who has resigned, to pursue a new business opportunity. Peters joined ATC in March as the company's vice president of finance. Prior to joining the company he was employed by TriMas Corp.

WESTMONT, IL — Aftermarket Technology Corp.’s board of directors has appointed Todd Peters as CFO, succeeding Barry Kohn who has resigned, to pursue a new business opportunity.

Peters joined ATC in March as the company’s vice president of finance. Prior to joining the company he was employed by TriMas Corp. from 2001-2003 where he was executive vice president and CFO. Peters has also held senior leadership positions in finance and operations at Metaldyne and Dana. He also spent eight years at Coopers & Lybrand, his last four as Senior Audit Manager.
