LIVERMORE, Calif. – Automotive Aftermarket Parts Alliance has signed a multi year agreement to use the Activant PartExpert electronic catalog and Activant Cover-to-Cover graphical eCatalog module from Activant Solutions Inc. The agreement covers Alliance shareholder businesses and thousands of Auto Value and Bumper-to-Bumper stores across the U.S. and Canada.

The Activant PartExpert eCatalog features detailed application data covering approximately nearly 5 million parts from nearly 1,600 manufacturers. Activant’s industry-leading parts data undergoes intensive validation before being combined with a variety of innovative value-added tools, such as Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) lookup and automatic Activant OE Carry-Forward feature. The Activant Cover-to-Cover module includes millions of product images as well as part specifications, installation instructions, warranty information, manufacturer technical service bulletins, OE cross-reference numbers and other important details that help counter professionals add value to virtually every sale.
