LAS VEGAS – This week at AAPEX, Affinia Under Vehicle Group announced an extensive lineup of sales promotions for 2007 designed to increase customer sales and raise brand awareness for Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis. The 2007 promotions schedule includes a series of promotions targeted to reach warehouse distributors, countermen and installers, including the Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis Box Top Promotion and the “Raybestos Spring Sizzle Sweepstakes.”

“From high-profile NASCAR sponsorships to lucrative sweepstakes and special offers, Affinia Under Vehicle Group has designed a full year of creative sales promotions and integrated marketing programs to help our customers drive sales and grow their business,” said Ken Myers, marketing manager of branded products for Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis.

Launching in January and running throughout 2007, Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis promotions are supported by brochures that detail the promotion for participating auto parts stores, in-store posters and point-of-sale materials to help promote the programs, and news releases to publicize the promotions and generate additional product purchases and brand awareness. Details of each 2007 promotion can be found in the Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis 2007 Sales and Promotions Planner.

The Raybestos brand brakes and Spicer chassis 2007 Promotions Schedule includes:

Raybestos Brake and Safety Center Loyalty Program – Running throughout 2007, the Raybestos Brake and Loyalty Center Program provides access to Raybestos brand brakes product and marketing resources. Available online to members only, participation in this program demonstrates to customers a dedication to quality service and state-of-the-art training.

Raybestos and Spicer Box Top Promotion – The Raybestos and Spicer Box Top Promotion enables distributors to increase awareness of the brands, drive sales of products and build customer loyalty, while giving customers the opportunity to receive a commemorative sports plaque honoring their favorite athlete or team.
