The company reported a second-quarter GAAP net loss of $149 million and a diluted EPS net loss of $1.59.

Second-quarter diluted adjusted-EPS was 31 cents.

Second-quarter adjusted EBIT and adjusted EBITDA were $117 million and $191 million, respectively. Adient reported second-quarter free cash flow (operating cash flow, less capital expenditures) of $60 million.

Cash and cash equivalents of $491 million were reported as of March 31, 2019.
