GRAND BLANC, MI — ACDelco is stepping up its efforts to promote April’s National Car Care Month (NCCM) and the industry-wide “Be Car Care Aware” campaign, which educates consumers on the benefits of proper vehicle maintenance.

In honor of National Car Care Month, ACDelco is teaming up with warehouse distributors in select markets to participate in its first-ever car care initiative, which will educate consumers about the benefits of regular vehicle care, maintenance and repair.

The WDs will be responsible for facilitating the events at local venues. The events target local communities to promote the “Be Car Care Aware” message to consumers, and will include vehicle check lanes where consumers can bring their vehicles in for free maintenance inspections.

ACDelco has also developed a marketing package aimed at helping its customers reach consumers even before April. The package includes promotional items that will help participating independent service centers and total service support accounts promote the ‘Be Car Care Aware’ message, as well as the NCCM event in their local market, said ACDelco.
