Exhibitors will be offered tours of the Sands Expo Center and the Venetian to understand how to effectively navigate the facilities during AAPEX. Exhibitors also will be able to tour the various locations of hospitality venues and meeting rooms.

The one-on-one meetings will give exhibitors the opportunity to meet with AAPEX vendor-partners to streamline and reduce costs associated with their booth, shipping, setup/tear down, housing and marketing. The staff of WT Glasgow, AAPEX Event Management, will be on hand for one-on-one meetings about sponsorships, registration, booth rules and regulations.

According to results of a recent AAPEX survey, exhibitors who attended the 2012 Summit and/or viewed pre-show webinars reported a significantly higher return on investment (ROI) and value perception of AAPEX last year. Results also indicate that Summit and webinar attendees were more aggressive with pre-show promotion, and due to their understanding of how to take advantage of the opportunities AAPEX provides, were highly successful at the 2012 event.
