BETHESDA, MD — For the first time ever, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) has released its popular Aftermarket Factbook in an electronic version.
The 2004/2005 eFactbook has the identical content to the printed Factbook and is available on a read-only CD-ROM. The eFactbook has been designed to provide enhanced access to the data from one’s computer, whether in the office or on the road.
“The eFactbook is in response to member requests for more market research data in electronic format,” said AAIA president and CEO Kathleen Schmatz. “This is the first step toward fully interactive electronic products with export capabilities being planned for the near future.”
The “2004/2005 eFactbook” includes statistical tables, charts, analysis and trends in the U.S. and key international markets with information on such topics as the overall size of the aftermarket, sales by channel of distribution, size of aftermarket segments, sales of automotive accessories and more.
The four-color eFactbook is available for $99 for AAIA members and $199 for non-members. Discounts are available for multiple copies. For more information or to order a copy, visit: www.aftermarket.org.
