LAS VEGAS — A&A Midwest/Enginequest, a parts dealer that buys, processes and sells drive train components for the automotive remanufacturing and recycling industries, has entered into a long-term exclusive trade agreement with CMI Operations Pty Ltd., trading as Toowoomba Metal Technologies.
Toowoomba Metal Technologies is the largest independent foundry and machining facility operating in Australia, and the original manufacturer of the Lighting Performance Cylinder Head product.
Through the new agreement, A&A Midwest/Enginequest will market all engine products currently produced by Toowoomba, including cylinder heads, engine blocks and manifolds, and will jointly develop additional aftermarket stock and performance products.
Beginning in Chicago in 1949 with one small truck, the Stolberg family has built Enginequest and its marketing partner A&A Midwest into what they are today. The group currently has offices in Las Vegas and Chicago, and warehouses located in Spokane, Wa., Dallas, Texas, Atlanta, Ga. and Newark, NJ.
