ZF Services LLC Releases New Training Video For 6HP Transmission Oil Changes

After last fall's release of the training video for oil changes on ZF 5HP transmissions, ZF Services says it received several requests to complete a training video for 6HP transmissions.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. — ZF Services LLC, the strategic aftermarket business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG in North America, has announced the most recent video update to the ZF Education Center. The newly added video is a training video for oil changes on ZF 6HP transmissions.

After last fall’s release of the training video for oil changes on ZF 5HP transmissions, ZF Services says it received several requests to complete a training video for 6HP transmissions.

"This new video fulfills a need in the market supplying critical information for the process on a maintenance aspect of the vehicle," said Jack McGrail, product marketing manager, transmissions and clutch. "Supplying this certified information becomes extremely valuable to the installer and experienced do-it-yourselfer."

The 6HP transmission oil change video reviews the procedure for an oil change on those transmissions with plastic pans that include the filter. The video also highlights the benefits of doing a transmission oil change and when one should be performed.

The most recent training video for ZF 6HP transmissions is now available at the ZF Education Center on the company’s YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/zfservicesna and on the company’s website at www.zf.com/us/zfparts. Visitors will also find other product training and informational videos.
