As vice president of sales and strategy at BSRO, Amy Bonder guides the company’s overall sales strategy. A member of the BSRO leadership team, Bonder has been instrumental in the success of Vision 2020, BSRO’s long-term strategy to be ranked among the most admired customer service companies by the end of the decade.
