Women In Auto Care Is Accepting Entries For 2017 Automotive Communications Awards

The awards are designed to applaud companies and agencies that provide automotive information to consumers and trade professionals through outstanding advertising, marketing, merchandising and effective PR.

Women in Auto Care (formerly the Car Care Council Women’s Board) is now accepting entries for the 2017 Automotive Communications Awards. The awards are designed to applaud companies and agencies that provide automotive information to consumers and trade professionals through outstanding advertising, marketing, merchandising and effective PR.

“The Automotive Communication Awards are the automotive aftermarket industry awards recognizing the creative marketing efforts put forth by our talented manufacturers, vehicle service centers and industry associations,” said Tammy Tecklenburg, president, Women in Auto Care. “It is interesting to see how technology impacts our marketing communications. As we spend less time with TV commercials and more time on social media, our creative efforts must evolve as well. I cannot wait to see what remarkable things the industry has in store for us this year.”

Award entries are judged by Women in Auto Care and a panel of industry observers, experts and marketers. Winners will be notified in October and the awards will be presented and displayed at Women in Auto Care’s annual press conference and reception on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at AAPEX in Las Vegas.

Entries are being accepted now at bit.ly/ACAwards2017.  The early-bird deadline, offering discounted pricing, is Aug. 25. No entries will be accepted after Sept. 8.

Entry form and additional details are available at womeninautocare.org/awards. For more information, email Katy McQuiston, staff liaison to Women in Auto Care, at [email protected].
