VIPAR Heavy Duty Gains Distribution In West Central North Carolina

CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. – Consolidated Truck Parts is the newest company to join the VIPAR Heavy Duty network of distributors as a stockholder. Located in Rockwell, N.C., Consolidated Truck Parts was started in 1973 by John Hess, who serves as president and owner. Consolidated Truck Parts serves the west central North Carolina market with a full selection of heavy-duty truck parts, along with flywheel grinding, relined brake shoes and hydraulic hoses.
 
In addition to Hess, Consolidated Truck Parts is led by his son, Alan, sales manager. The company is known for its dependable customer service, especially to smaller market customers. To better serve its customers, the company is in the process of finalizing a 3,000-square-foot expansion to its current warehouse space.
 
"Consolidated Truck Parts is located between Charlotte and the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area of central North Carolina,” said Jim Pennig, vice president of business development for VIPAR Heavy Duty. “This is a strategic addition for VIPAR Heavy Duty, providing us with added resources to service customers in this area with our selection of industry-leading products for fleets, owner operators and independent service facilities.”
