UCI International Holdings Announces New Board Of Directors

The appointment of the full board of directors comes following a successful emergence from Chapter 11 protection on Dec. 30, 2016. The board is comprised of several long-time prominent industry executives.

UCI International Holdings Inc. (UCI), the parent company of ASC water pumps, Airtex fuel pumps and Champion Labs filters, announced the appointment of its full board of directors following its successful emergence from Chapter 11 protection on Dec. 30, 2016. The board is comprised of several long-time prominent industry executives, including:

  • Michael Klein – former CEO, Armored Auto Group, and current chairman, Auto Care Association
  • Robert Blair – former executive vice president, products, and president, Carquest Corporation
  • Mark Blaufuss – former chief financial officer (CFO), UCI, and current CFO, Metaldyne Performance Group
  • Jay Pittas – former president and CEO, Remy International
  • Gerry Rooney – former executive vice president and chief operating officer, Armored Auto Group
  • Greg Seketa – current executive director, JP Morgan Investment Management
