Tracey Joubert Named To Cooper Tire Board Of Directors

Joubert is chief financial officer of Molson Coors Brewing Co., a leading global brewer with iconic global and national brands such as Coors Light, Miller Lite, Carling and Staropramen.

The board of directors of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Tracey Joubert a director of the company effective immediately.

Joubert is chief financial officer (CFO) of Molson Coors Brewing Co., a leading global brewer with iconic global and national brands such as Coors Light, Miller Lite, Carling and Staropramen, as well as leading craft beers including Sharp’s Doom Bar, Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, and Blue Moon. She was named CFO of Molson Coors in 2016 after serving as executive vice president and CFO of MillerCoors since 2012. Previously, she served in a variety of increasingly responsible finance leadership roles for MillerCoors since 2003. Prior to joining MillerCoors, Joubert served in key financial roles over five years with South African Breweries (SAB) Ltd., and earlier in her career, was with Barloworld Ltd. and KPMG in South Africa.

Born and raised in South Africa, Joubert holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. She serves on the board of directors of MillerCoors and Coors Brewing Co., subsidiaries of Molson Coors, and on the board of trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
