CAWA Chair Ward Myers of WORLDPAC has appointed Thurston Adams of Heri Automotive in Phoenix to the association’s board of directors as the representative of the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG). In announcing the appointment he commented that “CAWA has committed to a stronger relationship with YANG and Adams, as an Arizona auto care business leader, is a perfect fit for the association. We are pleased he will join our leadership team and get involved in CAWA.”
Adams is president and CEO of Heri Automotive, a leader in the CV Axle market. Having grown up in the auto care industry, Adams serves as a committee member for YANG’s Mentorship program, focusing on the development of young professionals in the auto care industry. He is distinguished by his passion for business, his commitment to innovation in the industry and his enthusiasm for what he terms “this great industry.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in finance from New York University.
